No need to worry about having your own stuff. We provide everything you need – beds, flannels, towels, and household items.
You like to keep it clean? So do we. We offer weekly cleaning to ensure the Outpost is kept nice and tidy!
Your personal development is top priority for us. We offer a ton of workshops and events through our partners to ensure that you are able to take your project to the next level! We also have fun at the Outpost. I hope you’ve got your sea legs, because you’ll need them for our annual sailing voyage to kick things off!

Just because you're a great person doesn't mean you have what it takes to be an entrepreneur. To test this we will host a competition where you can showcase your ability. This is meant to be fun and you really have nothing to loose so make sure to bring your hard hat to work.
When we have gathered all of our assessments, dotted the i’s and crossed the t's we will announce the finalists who have been selected to live in The Lighthouse. If you are successful, make sure to tell all your friends, because we want the world to know how much fun we are having.
